The scientific committee of IMSOS 2025 now welcomes abstracts for oral and poster presentations for the “11^th Annual Conference of Indian Musculoskeletal Oncology Society” meeting in Goa, India from 14^th to 16^th March 2025

The theme of the conference is “Educate - Evolve - Excel". This epitomizes our desire to share and disseminate knowledge, the spirit of collaboration necessary to find answers to common problems and derive innovative solutions best suited to our socio economic milieu while promoting excellence in sarcoma care.

Categories
Abstracts can be submitted under the following categories:
1. Basic Research
2. Adjuvant modalities
3. Benign Tumors
4. Surgical reconstruction
5. Soft Tissue tumors
6. Metastasis
7. Others
8. How I do it! ! (This is an initiative that encourages delegates to share their unique method/technique of managing musculoskeletal tumors. We are hopeful that this insight will help others manage similar scenarios in an easier/better way than is conventionally practiced.)

Conference Language
The official language of the conference is English. Abstracts must be written in English using the submission form on the conference website.

Abstract guidelines
Prospective presenters must submit a structured abstract with a maximum of 300 words containing the following sections:
• Aim/Objective
• Methods
• Results
• Conclusions

Submission of Abstracts
All abstracts must be submitted before 15th January 2025 23:59 IST via the official conference website: imsos2025.com. Please note there will be NO EXTENSION of the submission deadline

• Abstracts must be submitted electronically through the conference website only: imsos2025.com

• Abstracts sent by email, post or fax or abstracts not in English will not be considered for the conference. Submissions will be acknowledged by an e-mail to the presenting author

• Please state your preference during abstract submission – Oral / Poster/ Either

• The abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee and selected presenters will be notified by 15 February 2025

• Please note that if selected, the choice of presentation (oral / poster) is at the discretion of the Scientific Committee

Early bird registration for the conference ends on 30 Oct 2024. All selected presenters must register for the conference by 20 Feb 2025 in order for their presentations to be included in the final program.

Substitute Presenters

Presenters who are unable to attend the conference may nominate a substitute presenter, provided the substitute is a co-author of the paper and is registered to attend the conference

Please note that each presenter can make a maximum of two oral presentations of submitted abstracts (including a substitute presentation) during the conference.

Information regarding change of presenting author has to be conveyed by e mail by 20th February 2025 in order for the presentations to be included in the final program.

Publication Rights
By submitting an abstract, the authors give the right to the Conference to publish the abstract in the book of abstracts.
